Paying by Card
We accept the following cards: MasterCard,
Switch, Solo and Visa Debit Cards.
NOTE: If you are using a Visa Debit
card and experiencing problems making a payment, try entering
your card type as 'Visa Credit Card' rather than 'Visa Debit
Card'. If the problem still exists, please contact us.
Your Account
Your payment will be posted to your account after it has been
authorised and cleared, this is normally within 24 hours
Getting Ready to Pay
To make an on-line payment you will need your
credit/debit card and the account number of the bill you intend to
pay to hand.
If you would like to pay your Council Tax, please ensure you
enter the full 9 digit Council Tax Account
Reference Number, which can be found in the Account details box at
the top of your Council Tax bill, rather
than the 8 digit account number shown on your Council tax
payment card.
