Whitehaven Civic Hall is now run by Leisure Copeland, a new charitable organisation.

Leisure Copeland is now managing Whitehaven Sports Centre, Copeland Swimming Pool, Copeland Bowls Centre and Whitehaven Civic Hall. 

Leisure Copeland will be run by a board of local people. They will work closely with Copeland Borough Council which will continue to own the sites and provide money to help operate and maintain them.
