This film and dance project will take place throughout the three Boroughs covered by Sport Action Zone: Allerdale, Barrow and Copeland.

It started in September 2003 and aims to encourage people in schools and local communities to get involved.

The work is incorporating media technology based on the environmental theme of "Sustainable Energy".

The main aims of the project are to: encourage and facilitate opportunities for participation in dance; improve self-esteem and confidence in communities and individuals; and create a new and aspirational piece of work looking at issues of sustainable energy.

The project ends in April 2004, but the experience will stay with participants for a very long time.

Cumbria Arts in Education have organised the events, using professional dancers.
